The Burnley Method utilizes NewZenler's payment and affiliate platforms, and also use portals operated by Stripe and PayPal. The Burnley Method pays affiliates via a PayPal account, with the email provided to our database upon entry by the applicant, when said applicant joins. If the PayPal email changes, it is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to log into their affiliate admin portal and render change to the correct PayPal email via the "Payment Settings" tab, and subsequent email change confirmation. We will not resend payments returned due to incorrect payment email addresses. It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that their payment email and all contact information is current and up-to-date.
Any sale made with the customer choosing the "monthly recurring" payment plan, or "split-payment plan" when offered, the affiliate will receive commission of up to 50% of every recurring monthly charge to the referred customer for the lifetime and terms of the payment plan, so long as the customer remains subscribed to the course, program, or product, and the affiliate remains in good standing as per this Agreement, or at the discretion of The Burnley Method.
All affiliates will be paid on the first of every month, and after a 30-day hold period to fulfill NewZenler's refund policy, making sure funds will always be available so that The Burnley Method is able to honor their non-negotiable "30-day money-back guarantee" refund policy. This means, for example: any affiliate sales made in the entire month of January will be paid out via PayPal on March 1st.
